Book Refund Policy- Refunds will be granted if requested prior to the book physically being shipped. Once we incur the expense of shipping, we cannot refund the product.

Course Refund Policy- Due to the intellectual nature of the courses downloadable templates and videos, once purchased, a refund cannot be issued to the customer.
