This policy explains how GovKidMethod ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects information you share through govkidmethod.com. It applies to website visitors, contact form submitters, applicants to the 90-Day Bid Challenge, and GovRFP students.

Information we collect

• Information you provide. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, selected topic, and message. When you apply to the 90-Day Bid Challenge, we collect the details you submit on the application form.
• Account information. If you create an account for GovRFP or student materials, we collect your email address and any sign-in credentials you set up.
• Automatic information. Like most websites, we receive basic technical data such as browser type, device, referring page, and pages visited. This is used to keep the site working and understand how it is used.
• Cookies. We use cookies and similar tools to remember your preferences and play embedded videos. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies through the consent notice shown on your first visit.

How we use your information

• To respond to your contact form messages and answer your questions.
• To review 90-Day Bid Challenge applications and contact approved applicants about enrollment.
• To give you access to GovRFP and any student materials you signed up for.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your information.

Embedded third-party content

Some pages include embedded videos from Vimeo and YouTube and links to Calendly for booking. These services may set their own cookies when you view or interact with their content. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

How long we keep your information

We keep contact form messages and applications for as long as needed to respond and run the program. Student account information is kept while your access is active and removed when you close your account, unless we are required to keep it longer.

• You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing support@govkidmethod.com.
• You can opt out of any communications by following the unsubscribe link or replying to stop.

Security

Children

GovKidMethod is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact support@govkidmethod.com and we will remove it.
